Each season I reminded why Kevin thought it was a good idea to dig a pond on our property! "Why do I ever doubt my fabulous husband!". We really get daily enjoyment from looking at the pond. We also enjoy feeding and catching the fish! Tessa and Ella think of the fish as their pets!
We enjoyed having Kenzie & Kennedy over for lunch and some fishing. They are great role models for Tessa & Ella!
You'll notice Ella with the infamous, can always catch a fish, Barbie pole. Well, shortly after this photo Ella casted the Barbie pole right into the pond "Mommy, can you catch it pleeze"
No such luck for Mommy catching it.
Ella AKA Worm Girl, did not seem too bothered by it.

Tessa suggested that "Daddy can find a way to get it he can fix anything!"
Later in the evening we caught some fish, but no Barbie pole. Ella picked out some ice fishing gear, and Tessa dressed her, one Ugg boot, one flip flop....I am learning to roll with all the outfit varieties that come our way!
