Creative Tessa

Tessa wanted to make sure that Mary and Joseph had man to gather around the newborn King! Every year since she was two she gets the biggest kick out of rearranging the manger at Gramma and Popsey's house!  She wanted to make sure "everyone had someone to stand by and to dance with!" We love how she can be so creative with any items!  She also made some "homemade pastries" in her bakery downstairs, she made sure to but them in a box for safe keeping while she delivered them! "  Always interesting with our girls around!

 The surprise getaway for Thanksgiving and Our Anniversary was everything we could have dreamed of!  I am so thankful for the FAMILY MOMENTS we shared and the memories that we made!  Kevin is so creative and he takes great care of his girls!  He certainly knows how to treat us to some special surprises!  Our last evening we played in the sand, played soccer and volleyball, listen to music, and share some smores!  Our final day was full of swimming, a beautiful run around the resort for me, a family boat ride around the lake in a "lounge boat"....so relaxing!  GREAT TIMES HAD BY ALL....hard for them to end, but then we can go home sweet home....FABULOUS JOYS!

Making a Splash....

SeaWorld 2011

 It was a splashing good day!  The four of us really enjoyed the fun at SeaWorld!  Feeding dolphins and stingrays, seeing the Shamu show, fun rides, giggles, many animals, and getting wet!  The girls were very eager to see what was around the next corner while we were there. The weather was wonderful, 80 degrees, and the day was full of family memories!  Seeing the girls and Kevin get splashed while feeding the stingrays and dolphins was certainly a highlight, it was truly a memorable day that I wanted to bottle up and keep forever!

Happy Anniversary!

 It was a HAPPY HAPPY 8th Anniversary, we went to Downtown Disney for the evening....an enjoyable dinner, a toast to us, some dancing in the street, built a dinosaur and had a special family evening.  It was a special anniversary to celebrate the years we have shared, the joys of the present, and excitement for joys yet to come.  I feel the blessing of our marriage and the joy of not only adoring and loving my hubby, ...but simply loving to be with him, he is so much fun!  So THANKFUL!! A Fabulous Floridian Anniversary!

RELAX!

 I LOVE relaxing! The four of us are enjoying the simple joys of the resort! Having no plans has been so enjoyable and special for us!  Joys of breakfast on the patio, bonfires at the resort, great pools, nice trails to run on, and best of all.....uninterrupted FAMILY TIME!  Such a blessing!!

I am so thankful that we were able to spend time at Disney. It was magical for Kevin and I to see the innocence and joy in the girls eyes as they enjoyed Disney! It was full of special family moments!

SURPRISE!

 "Celebrate" -Ella  This was her comment when Daddy told us the news of our surprise!  He wrapped up a box full of t-shirts, magazines, a stuffed Mickey, and love.....He planned a getaway to Orlando, Florida for his girls.  He gave me just under 24 hours notice before we had to depart the house to drive to Indianapolis for our flights!  His girls were so excited, I love how much fun he is, SUCH A SPECIAL SURPRISE!  I was the most excited of all!  I am not quite sure how he kept it such a good secret, but he did!  Happy Thanksgiving, Happy Anniversary, Happy Days! I had been working on all the details of Thanksgiving meal plans etc. and he had to tell our parents so they knew that it was not going to be at our house this year!  I am so thankful that I have been getting all the decorations for Christmas up this past week!  Thank You Kevin!
